## What is Multi-calendar Sync?

Toki’s Multi-calendar Sync feature allows you to sync your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook into one single view. It also allows you to sync events created in Toki back to your connected calendars.

Most people have multiple calendars. There’s a work calendar on Outlook, a personal calendar on Google, and maybe even an Apple Calendar for family matters. The process of switching between each one to find a time slot available or accidentally double-booking events can be mentally taxing.

Toki’s Multi-calendar Sync feature helps you visualize all types of plans and events in one overall view, allowing you to stay clear and organized with your plans.

## How it works

1. **Connect your calendars** Link your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook accounts with Toki. It also allows you to connect multiple calendars from the same provider. For example: you have two Google calendars (one for work, one for family). Toki allows you to connect both.

2. **See everything in one view** Every event from every connected calendar all appears in Toki – work meetings, personal appointments, or family plans. Events are also color coded so you know which event is on which calendar.

3. **It stays in sync** Add an event to your Apple Calendar and it shows up in Toki. No manual updating or duplicate entries.
