## What are To-dos?

Toki To-dos is a feature that holds on to things you want to do but haven’t decided when yet. It keeps reminding you until you’re ready to put them on the calendar.

Not all things need to get scheduled right away. Some things are important but can’t be given that much attention just yet: a call, a side errand, something you want to do “soon” but haven’t pinned down.

That’s when To-dos come in. Tell Toki about it and get reminded at the right time so it does not slip your mind.

## How To-dos work

1. **Tell Toki what you need to do** No need for any fixed date. Just tell Toki what it is.

*"Remind me to check in with my mom sometime next week"*

*"I need to get my car serviced at some point"*

*"Don't let me forget to send that invoice"*

2. **Toki holds onto the thought and continuously reminds you.** Toki won’t let it get lost on a notepad; it continuously reminds you of it and keeps it within orbit until you make a move.

3. **Once you're ready, turn it into an event.** Once you’ve figured out when you want to do it, tell it to Toki, and it turns into a real calendar event.

## What to use To-dos for

### Things without a deadline

Catching up with a friend, redoing your room, or starting something on the side. The stuff you want to do but never get a chance to finish. To-dos help keep them alive.

### Tasks you keep procrastinating

The doctor's appointment, oil changes, and the email you've been meaning to send. Sometimes you need someone to keep bringing it up until you actually make a move.

### Ideas you don't want to lose

A restaurant you’ve always wanted to try. A book someone recommended. A pair of shoes you want to buy. Drop it in as a To-do so you don't forget.

### Things that depend on someone else

Waiting for a confirmation or following up with someone? Toki can hold on to it so you don’t forget.
